This! So this! Wonderfully articulated! Spirit truly is amazing and to have found such a profound voice to explain Itself through you is such a blessing!

When I meditate, I feel a deep and visceral connection to the earth, down to the core. It’s more of a warm active energy, whereas the other heavenly/divine side feels more cool and passive. That’s just how I experience the energies as It flows through my chakras. This experience lends credence to a thought I’ve long had, my soul is not my own. I feel deeply rooted in the earth, my Mother, Gaia. To the point that I can’t claim any part of it is me, or it is me for such a short time in the relative/grand scheme of things. Who/what am I to lay claim to such a thing as an individual soul compared to the majesty and eternity that is Spirit?

Yet on the flip-side of that, I am alive and I am powerful. My soul may not be my own, but Spirit has granted me, all of us, a precious gift and responsibility; to be consequential. We matter. What we do or don’t do matters. Because we are made of matter (silly pun 😝, I realize it’s somewhat of an “accident” of language).

You obviously get the point. I’ve become that guest preacher that gets up after a sermon and says “Now I ain’t getting up here to preach, BUT….”

Thank you so much for this blessing 🙏

Yet another white dude with yet another opinion. Is that opinion founded in Wisdom? I don't know, you tell me.
