Thank you for highlighting the heart chakra! It is indeed very important. I’ve spent most of this year focusing and growing my awareness of it. The word/concept that was made most clear to me that I needed to work on from the heart chakra is “trust”. Trust in myself, others, and God. Trust that the work will get done even if I’m not the one making it happen. This is the simple wisdom from the scripture, “Lean not on your own understanding but trust in the Lord”.
