As a student of modern cognitive neuroscience, the chemical communication process actually makes a lot of sense to me. For instance, there is definitely a different feeling when smoking marijuana or eating it. I’ve hypothesized that part of that different feeling, that “body high”, may actually be the gut biome getting high along with me and sending cheerful, pothead, messages to me. It’s a fun thought.

We most certainly have to learn that we are always communicating in so many different ways with our environment and it speaks back. We have to open our hearts and minds to listen. Thank you for bringing this message to us!
