I’ve always thought of the choice of words that we use as a magic spell, otherwise known as the art of persuasion or rhetoric. If we carefully consider our intention, our audience, and the present moment and context we find ourselves in, then the choice of words to achieve the goal we intend usually works. Most misunderstandings, I feel, come from a failure to properly think through what these words can mean, on the part of both the speaker and the listener. Work has to be done on both sides. Thoughtlessness is altogether too easy in our modern world that strains our cognitive capacities to the limit almost constantly. Your practices provide a good framework for at least trying to recognize and compensate for our modern cognitive overload. Bravo!
