I’m in agreement. While I cannot condone the violence or political stance of Hamas (the part where they want to eradicate all of Judaism within Israel), I also can’t deny their reasoning for their actions. Israel has to come to terms with their sins. I’d wish for a more peaceful reckoning, but then again my family isn’t the one being held prisoner.

When will humanity learn its lessons? It’s easy to pontificate from thousands of miles away. I applaud the fact that you were there and experienced it firsthand. But what will we do when the wolves are at our door? I fear America will have to answer this question all too soon. I pray your country never has to ask.
