I would add that it’s not just love and empathy for your fellow humans but also for all plants, animals, rocks, water, air, and the very space, gravity and energy that binds us all together. Our family is much larger than humanity. We’re all made from the same stardust that’s made from (?), who knows? Who cares? We are all one existence and being.
