Genesis 3 - And God said, “Let there be light,” and therefore was light.

I take this to mean that Word of God is Creation itself. God not only spoke, but is speaking Creation into being every moment. Jesus’s teachings make way more sense to me with this view of God’s Word.

Therefore I’m in absolute agreement with you. The Bible has been turned into an idol. And anyone teaching that it is infallible is a false teacher, which Jesus warned us against.
